Get your cameras ready, folks! Westmeath Oil is thrilled to announce the launch of our 2023 Photo competition. We were blown away by the creativity of the Lakeland people in 2022, and we can’t wait to see what amazing shots you’ll capture this year. The task of choosing the 12 winning photographs for our calendar was no easy feat, but it was certainly an exciting one. We can’t wait to do it all over again!
But we’re not content to rest on our laurels. To build on our success, we’re looking to you for help in capturing some stunning photographs for our 2024 calendar. Starting from 1st February 2023, we’ll be accepting submissions for next year’s calendar.
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a novice, we invite photographers of all skill levels to participate in the Westmeath Oil Photo Comp. We’re on the lookout for shots of local landscapes in all seasons, as well as photos of your community events like the Westmeath Bachelor festival, Bealtainne Festivities, or your local St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. What hidden gems does your neighborhood have to offer?
If you happen to be celebrating local events with your community and you capture a moment that showcases the love and spirit of your area, please send it in! We’d love to feature it in our calendar.
